Portrait of Matthias von Sinner

To me, architecture is the quiet synthesis of constraint and beauty. True design does not simply accommodate the weight of regulations, technical frameworks, or conflicting ideals. Architecture embraces them, transforming rigid boundaries into a generous innovative spatial surplus.

Shaped by the Swiss tradition of ETH Zurich and the international practice of Christ & Gantenbein, I now bring this balanced philosophy to my work as a founding partner at studio maay and in parallel with ASA + SAGA.
